The free splash pads at Holland Park and Billericay Park, as well as the fountain at the Nickel Plate District Amphitheater Pavilion, are open daily during the summer months, from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend, 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. (weather permitting)..
